At Shoal, we want you to feel completely confident in your skincare ritual.

If something isn’t right, or your skin simply doesn’t love a product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order — even if it’s been opened and tried.

We believe skincare should work for you.

30-Day Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery.

We accept returns on all products, including sale items and gift cards.

Products can be opened and used — we understand that trying a new product means testing it on your skin.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@shoalskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

3. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@shoalskincare.com as soon as possible. We’ll resolve it promptly.

A Few Notes

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.
